SKSF will be offering complimentary rides for individuals with disabilities & their caregivers to an upcoming vaccine clinic at Walgreens on Friday, January 24th. There will be 3 shuttle services available:· Morning: 9 AM - 12 PM· Afternoon: 1 PM - 4 PM· Evening: 5 PM - 8 PMSigning up is EASY! Simply fill out a Transportation Request Form (found online) by Wed, January 22nd - provide details such as preferred time, pickup address, & any accessibility needs.
